About Us

MNP - Onshore & Offshore Group (Limited Liability Company) (abbreviated as MNP Group) was established on October 29, 2002, to manage shipbuilding projects.

In 2011, MNP Group (LLC) became part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (JSC USC).

Since its foundation, the company’s core business has been the supply of imported marine equipment.

Strategic objectives of MNP Group (LLC) are:

  • To increase competitiveness in the shipbuilding industry regarding the supply of marine component equipment.
  • To expand the range of supplied equipment, including specialized technological systems.
  • To increase the volume of marine component equipment supplies.
  • To expand the range of service and repair works, providing full «life cycle» support for the supplied equipment.

Projects

Supply of marine equipment and components for Project RSD59. Client: PJSC «Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard».

As part of the project, 10 types of equipment (ranging from water treatment units to main engines) were supplied for vessels from hull No. 41 to hull No. 58.

 

Main engines supply project for Project RSD59 (hull No. 595). The project is currently under implementation. Client: LLC «Nevsky Shipyard».

Supply of marine equipment and components for Project 00840. Client: PJSC «Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard». Completed the supply of 7 types of marine equipment for 3 vessels of Project 00840.

 

Shaft line supply project for hull No. 05719, Project 22770 (Multifunctional Nuclear Service Vessel). The project is currently under implementation. Client: PJSC «Baltiс Shipyard».

 

MAIN CLIENTS

PJSC «Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard». One of the oldest Russian shipyards, founded in 1849. The company builds commercial fleet vessels that meet all international convention requirements for reliability and safety.

PJSC «Baltic Shipyard». The shipyard produces Rank 1 warships and ice-class vessels with nuclear and diesel-electric propulsion systems. The company specializes in building next-generation nuclear icebreakers, floating nuclear power plants, marine engineering products, and specialized nuclear power equipment.

LLC «Nevsky Shipyard». Provides «turnkey» construction for all types of vessels: emergency rescue vessels, tankers, dry cargo ships, tugs, utility boats, technical and support fleet vessels, quay complexes with helipads, and more.

JSC «Southern Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Center»
A unified industrial complex consolidating the largest shipbuilding enterprises in Southern Russia. The production division includes: «Lotos» Shipyard, ASPO, and the «Krasnye Barrikady» production site.

JSC «Sredne-Nevsky Shipyard». A leader in composite shipbuilding in Russia and the only enterprise in the country to master the construction of ships using four types of materials: composites, shipbuilding steel, low-magnetic steel, and aluminum-magnesium alloys.

JSC «Shipyard Yantar». The only Russian shipbuilding enterprise located in the southeastern ice-free part of the Baltic Sea. It specializes in the production of surface warships and civil vessels.
